Mascotto provides an animated, voice-enabled mascot widget for Shopify storefronts, configured through an embedded admin app. Plans and pricing are shown in the app and billed through Shopify; cancel any time through the app.
The Studio plan includes the design, rigging, and voicing of one custom character for your store, produced by The Wattses from a brief you provide. Delivery typically takes about three weeks from a complete brief and includes reasonable revisions during design. While your Studio subscription is active, the custom character is served exclusively to your store and will not be offered to any other store. The Wattses retain ownership of the character artwork, rig, and source files; you receive a licence to use the character on your storefront through Mascotto for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel, the custom character stops being served and your store returns to the shelf cast; re-subscribing restores it. Characters are original work — we will not reproduce third-party characters or trademarks you do not own.
You own the scripts you write. You grant us the limited rights needed to generate and serve the resulting audio to your storefront. Don't use Mascotto to publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. Characters, rigs, and house voices remain the property of The Wattses and are licensed for use within Mascotto while you have an active plan.
Cancelling a paid plan keeps previously generated content playing; it limits new generation and paid features. Uninstalling the app deletes your data per our privacy policy.
Mascotto is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wattses is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
